S.O.M.O.S. and M.A.N.O.S. are searching for committed students interested in taking part in a long-term, research-based community development and health partnership in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, respectively. Both projects involve an academic seminar, a week-long trip, and additional research and travel opportunities outside of the team trip. This commitment asks students to critically evaluate sociological research methods as they apply to international sustainable development and community-based social action.
