Join IBRL Tuesday, September 23, at 12:50 for a lunchtime talk and question/answer session with renowned constitutional law scholar and Professor Kenji Yoshino before he gives the annual Cutler Lecture later that afternoon. Kenji Yoshino is the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law. He is a prolific author whose major areas of interest include social dynamics, conformity and assimilation, as well as LGBT and personal liberty issues. His first book Covering: The Hidden Assault on Our Civil Rights won the Randy Shilts Award for Gay Non-Fiction from Publishing Triangle in 2007. He will speak about having the courage to get involved with legal issues that reflect your personal commitments and values before opening for questions. Sandwiches will be provided.
