Running a 5k can seem daunting but Zero to 5k with Christina and Casey is designed to train even the most beginner runners/walkers for a 5k. All skill and experience levels are encouraged to come out and participate in a supportive and fun introduction to the benefits of running. Participants will discover that running is a great stress reliever, and a perfect group activity to do with friends. This 8 session series will end just in time for you to show off you new skills and love for running in the annual Bee & Goody 5K.
