[PAST EVENT] Spring 2012 Hackathon

The W&M ACM Student Chapter, in partnership with DTPG, is hosting W&M's first ever Hackathon! The Hackathon will begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, and conclude by 12 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, with demos and prizes to follow. Registered W&M students of all skill levels are welcomed to sign up and join other W&M students in building awesome products from the ground up in just 24 hours. Teams of up to three people are allowed, but solo participants are encouraged. In addition, the team/participant with the best demo at the end of the event will receive a prize of $240. There will be an additional $120 prize for the team/participant whose project best meets some specific requirements. These requirements, along with the theme of the Hackathon will be revealed at the start of the contest.
