We are offering one session of day-camp only this summer June 18-22.

Campers will learn mechanics for all four competitive strokes. Individual feedback and underwater film analysis will be provided with the use of our SV4 underwater camera system. In addition to the latest cutting-edge stroke techniques, campers will also learn to be quicker off the blocks, sharper on their turns and faster under water. Other topics include dry land fitness, nutrition, goal setting, race strategy, training techniques and mental toughness. The staff at the Colonial Swim Camp will ensure that you leave camp armed with the knowledge you need to take your swimming to the next level!

Enrollment is limited to 50 campers, so register early to guarantee your spot.
