June 18, 2012 - June 22, 2012
W&M Hall; Rec Center Pool
The Tribe Swimming coaching staff presents the second annual Colonial Swim Camp at the College of William & Mary. Whether novice, summer league swimmer or senior college-bound athlete, the Colonial Swim Camp is your destination if you want to swim faster, train smarter and maximize your potential. We invite you to join us for a fun summer experience where you will learn the secrets to success both in and out of the pool!

We are offering one session of day-camp only this summer June 18-22.

Campers will learn mechanics for all four competitive strokes. Individual feedback and underwater film analysis will be provided with the use of our SV4 underwater camera system. In addition to the latest cutting-edge stroke techniques, campers will also learn to be quicker off the blocks, sharper on their turns and faster under water. Other topics include dry land fitness, nutrition, goal setting, race strategy, training techniques and mental toughness. The staff at the Colonial Swim Camp will ensure that you leave camp armed with the knowledge you need to take your swimming to the next level!

Enrollment is limited to 50 campers, so register early to guarantee your spot.
