Pamela Eddy, professor of higher education and faculty fellow at the Center for Innovation in Learning Design, will present "Connecting the Dots: Faculty Change Agents and Communities of Practice." Dr. Eddy's research addresses leaders as agents of change in higher education, particularly in STEM fields in community colleges. She will discuss her innovative NSF-funded research centered around promoting diversity within the geosciences.
