Want to learn the basics for self-defense? Want to just let out your anger and hit something?

Come learn ways to protect yourself in different situations at the AMP Self-Defense Class. The Williamsburg Dojo will be bringing certified instructors and equipment to teach you the basics of self-defense. The event will take place in Tidewater AB from 7 PM to 8 PM. Everything from the equipment to the instructors is free!
