Please join ILSS next Monday, March 19, during the lunch hour in Room 127 for a lecture from Rina Gandhi. She will be speaking with us about asylum and deportation trends in immigration law.

Ms. Gandhi is a William & Mary alumna currently working as an immigration lawyer at Haynes Novick Immigration in Washington, D.C. At HNI, Rina has experience in a wide variety of immigration cases, from family-based cases with issues including same-sex and trans marriages, military Parole in Place, and Child Status Protection Act; ?DACA-Bally? cases; Waivers for unauthorized presence, crimes, and fraud or misrepresentation; removal proceedings and appeals; asylum; and naturalization, including 319(b) expeditious naturalization.
