[PAST EVENT] Yoga - For Stress Relief and Relaxation

Join us for some gentle, basic yoga (simple poses, breathing and meditation techniques) to help combat stress and fatigue. No prior experience necessary. Most of the poses can be done using your desk chair at work.
Presented by Kimberly Renner, assistant director of the Historic Campus, who has been teaching Integral Yoga for eight years.
