Doctors' Commons Legal History Society Interest Lunch with presentation by officers & Prof. Tom McSweeney
Linda Greenhouse will deliver a lecture entitled "Telling it Like it Is: Abortion, Voter ID, and the Increasing Willingness of Courts to Call Out Legislatures for Acting in Bad Faith" at lunch on Sept. 22, in room 127. Sponsored by IBRL and free to all.
Linda Greenhouse will read and discuss her new book The Burger Court and the Rise of the Judicial Right. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the lecture, with the opportunity to get it signed during a reception following the lecture.
Linda Greenhouse will deliver a lecture on her most recent book, The Burger Court and the Rise of the Judicial Right, which she wrote with coauthor Michael J. Graetz. The lecture will be followed by a short reception and book signing.
