This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire
body. This strength training workout set to music challenges all
your major muscle groups by using the best weight room
exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
Join us for a panel about the experiences of underrepresented students and faculty in higher education. We’ll discuss research and personal experiences and will present strategies for addressing challenges that scholars have faced.
Using all of your favorite dance moves, this class will take your
workout and level of exhilaration through the roof! No dance
experiences is needed to take this class. Just be prepared to cut
loose and have a great time!
Teachers can draw from a number of tools to communicate with their students and their families. Join us as we explore tools and strategies for creating increased engagement using communication tools.
Our Taiji classes this summer will be held on Mondays from 5:30-6:30 pm and run from June 4-August 16!
