Annual symposium created by W&M Sports and Entertainment Law Society that features various guest speakers from the sports and entertainment worlds to discuss interesting and timely topics. Free and all are welcome.

Chunlian Yang, a 2009 graduate of the Law School, is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Alston and Bird. Ms. Yang works in the area of international transactional law and will share her perspectives on the field and her career path.

Mr. Hixon is Executive Vice President of Law and Corporate Relations at Norfolk Southern Corporation. He received both his J.D. (1979) and his Master's of Law in Taxation (1980) from William & Mary.

The Law School's Benjamin Rush Scholars will present the 2011 Benjamin Rush Medal to J. Craig Venter, Ph.D. The event is free and open to the public.
