What are privacy rights, who has them, and how are they changing? Two panels will explore privacy issues raised by the actions of private companies and government regulation. Free and all are welcome.

Dr. Sue Rankin is a Senior Research Associate in the Center for the Study of Higher Education at Pennsylvania State University. She will also present "Building Inclusive Communities: The State of Higher Education for LGBT People" at 7 p.m.

Va. Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli will present a lecture titled "Balancing Power: Federalism, the State, and Individual Rights" on September 13 at 1 p.m. in room 119 of the Law School. Free and the public is welcome.
