Professor Erwin Chemerinsky is the founding dean of the UC Irvine School of Law.
He has written nearly 200 law review articles and seven books, including "The Conservative Assault on the Constitution (2010, Simon & Schuster). He argues cases before the country's highest courts and is frequently cited by national media on issues of constitutional law.
This lecture is part of the College of William & Mary's observance of Constitution Day. Free and all are welcome. Sponsored by the Institute of Bill of Rights Law.
