Free Group Fitness Classes in 2015

W&M Campus Recreation will offer free group fitness classes for three weeks in January: two weeks before the spring schedule begins (Jan. 12-23) and the first week of the spring schedule (Jan. 26-Feb. 1).
    Intramural Registration: 5x5 Basketball

      Tuesday, January 27 - Saturday, January 31
      The Bee McLeod Recreation Center, Multi-Activity Court (MAC)
      A 4-week, 8-class series of High Intensity Interval Training. Feb 2 - Feb 25, Mon/Wed, 5:30-6pm. Advanced registration required. Free with your Fitwell Pass!
        Morning Small Group Training H.I.I.T. Series
