Dr. Wright is a geographer and oceanographer, who will deliver a presentation titled ?Discovery?Technology?Hope? in celebration of the 100 Years of Women and the UN International Women & Girls in Science day.
Dawn is Chief Scientist at Esri, a leading Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology company. In this role she is able to strengthen scientific foundations of the technology and promote interdisciplinary uses of geospatial technologies in research. She maintains an affiliated faculty member of Oregon State University in Geography and Oceanography.
