Today’s leaders are faced with many challenges as they strive to serve others, build community and face injustice. How can leaders create inclusive environments where courage and compassion lead to a sense of belonging for all members?
Join William & Mary for a unique webinar series that combines theory and practice to explore this question through the lens of our values. Each session pairs a faculty member with an alumni leader who will guide reflection and discussion in a group setting and then equip you with the leadership tools you need to put your ideas into motion. Self-reflections throughout will allow you to actively consider your role as a current or upcoming leader and the positive impact you can have in your community.
Three webinars will be offered this fall — attend them all or just the ones most interesting to you. Webinars are open to members of the W&M community and beyond, so please spread the word and invite your colleagues and friends. Learn more and register here.
