[PAST EVENT] Kenneth R. Feinberg: The Volkswagen Litigation & Resolution Alternatives

Mr. Feinberg is best known for serving as the Special Master of the Federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, as the Fund Administrator for the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund following the tragic shootings at Virginia Tech, and as the government-appointed administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund. He has also been involved in compensation funds related to General Motors (GM Ignition Claims Resolution Facility) and the Boston Marathon bombing (The One Fund, Boston).
He is founder and managing partner of Feinberg Rozen, LLP.
In 2011, the Law School faculty honored him with the Marshall-Wythe Medallion, which recognizes members of the legal community who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and accomplishment.
Mr. Feinberg's visit to the Law School and lecture is sponsored by the Center for Legal and Court Technology.
