This one-day conference will focus on giving teachers practical tools and strategies to use in their classrooms. Dr. Holly Lane, Director of the University of Florida Literacy Institute (UFLI), will kick of the conference and present a concurrent session. Session topics include creating goals for reading plans, adapting and supplementing materials, components of strong lessons, progress monitoring, small group elements, scaffolding complex tasks, and more.
