We are excited to announce the Navigating Transitions in-person retreat, an immersive experience designed for those seeking clarity, confidence and community as they navigate life and career transitions. Set on William & Mary’s beautiful campus, this program offers a unique opportunity to step away from daily demands and focus fully on your personal and professional growth.

- Guided workshops and interactive dialogue — Led by executive coaches Amy Steindler ’80, Sequoia Brown Owen ’12 and Dorian Baroni ’81, these sessions will help you build resilience, navigate transitions and set meaningful goals.
- Community and connection — Engage in small group discussions, peer mentoring and networking with fellow participants who share similar life and career experiences.
- Restorative activities — Experience mindfulness practices, journaling, yoga and nature-based relaxation practices to support your well-being and inner clarity.
