Join us for a conversation with Gabriela León-Pérez, Ph.D., assistant professor of sociology at Virginia Commonwealth University, about an academic-community partnership focused on the mental health of newcomer Latino youth in the greater Richmond area. The presentation will include a discussion of best practices and lessons learned about community-engaged research with the Latino immigrant community.
