As part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Student Assembly is bringing Annie E. Clark and Sofie Karasek, co-founders of advocacy group End Rape On Campus, to speak on their experiences navigating the college reporting process and filing their own Title IX reports. They will speak on how these experiences led them to create EROC, a project that was at the center of the documentary The Hunting Ground. Through conversation with Haven director Liz Cascone, and Q&A with audience members, Annie and Sofie will aid us in realizing our own potential to become better advocates for survivors of sexual violence. Following her remarks, a reception will be held in the lobby of Andrews. Refreshments will be provided courtesy of the W&M Police Department. Annie will be available to sign copies of her book "We Believe You," and to meet with students and administrators.
