Many of us try to live a life without regrets. But what if regrets played an important purpose in our lives? Daniel Pink explores this in his book, "The Power of Regret." He claims that we can use regrets to make smarter decisions, perform better at work, and deepen our sense of meaning and purpose. We will use Pink's book as a launching pad to explore this topic and the research that supports it.
