[PAST EVENT] Judge Robert Bacharach on Legal Writing: A Judge’s Perspective on the Lessons from Science & Rhetoric

The Honorable Robert E. Bacharach, Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, will discuss the insights that he has accumulated in his tenure as a magistrate and circuit judge, an associate and partner at Crowe & Dunlevy, P.C., and an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Specifically, Judge Bacharach will discuss the role of science and rhetoric in effective and concise legal writing.
