Join the William & Mary Federalist Society for a discussion with Virginia Supreme Court Justice Stephen R. McCullough on federalism issues faced by state supreme courts.
Justice McCullough graduated from the University of Virginia in 1994 and The University of Richmond School of Law in 1997. He has served as the Solicitor General of Virginia and a Judge of the Virginia Court of Appeals. In 2016, the General Assembly elected Justice McCullough to his current term on the Supreme Court of Virginia.
