Recently there has been much debate around Transgender Persons healthcare and access to it. Some states have responded by targeting Transgender Persons in recent legislation. This panel will include a discussion around gender-identity cognition in Transgender Youth as well as access to healthcare for important treatments for some individuals, such as hormone-blockers. This panel is brought to you by the Center for Racial and Social Justice and is co-sponsored by The American Constitution Society, Equality Alliance, and The Journal for Race Gender and Social Justice.
