Business Law Society welcomes Prof. Kevin Haeberle to present his latest research regarding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure and federal securities laws. The event will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 1:00PM. Prof. Haeberle will provide an overview of fraud-on-the-market suits, and how broader ESG disclosure trends may trigger fraud-on-the-market liability. Following the presentation, we will host a Q&A and discussion. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in corporate law to explore an emerging issue in the securities law area.
