"Last Lecture" by Professor Hardy. Don't miss this talk from Professor Hardy on Copyright and New Technology. Professor Hardy has been with William & Mary Law School for three decades and is now retiring, so this is a great opportunity both to send him off and to learn from his extensive experience in Copyright Law. He has authored and edited numerous articles and books in this area of law, and his distinguished career includes serving as Scholar in Residence and Technical Advisor to the Register of Copyrights at the U.S. Copyright Office. Last but not least, if you know Professor Hardy or have taken any of his classes, you know this will be a great time!
