Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Legal Society are proud to welcome Jay Sinha '12 as our first speaker! Jay Sinha, CIPP/G/US, is a Senior Privacy Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington D.C. His expertise focuses on the full spectrum of privacy program management ? from Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) review and training to incident response and policy implementation. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Jay served as Special Counsel for Cybersecurity at LRH Group, LLC, after being an Associate Attorney in LeClairRyan?s Corporate Litigation and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Groups. 

Mr. Sinha is a Virginia-licensed attorney who graduated from William & Mary School of Law in 2012. While at William & Mary, Jay served as a Summer Law Clerk for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Mr. Sinha earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Jay is an alumnus of the Virginia Governor?s Fellow program, and the UVA Sorensen Institute.
