The 2019 Supreme Court Preview features 6 federal court of appeals judges, 17 Supreme Court advocates who have collectively argued more than 300 cases before the Supreme Court, and leading Supreme Court reporters and columnists from the nation's top newspapers. The Preview begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 13 with a moot court.

The Preview continues on Saturday, September 14 with panels throughout the day. Panels will consider the most interesting and important cases on the Court's docket. Panels will also consider legal issues that seem to be heading to the Supreme Court, nationwide injunctions and the relationship between higher and lower courts, and the Trump Department of Justice.

Historically, the Preview has been approved for 6 CLE credits.
