The 2021 Preview features federal court of appeals judges, Supreme Court advocates who have collectively argued more than 500 cases before the Court, and leading Court reporters and columnists from the nation's top newspapers. The Preview begins Friday, September 10, with a moot court and continues on Saturday, September 11, with panels during the day.

We will email the Zoom link to all registrants the week of the Preview. At that time, we also will advise you of any COVID-19 protocols and restrictions required by the university at that time. The Preview has historically been approved for 5 - 6 CLE credits.

Admission is free for current law students and W&M faculty and staff.
