Are you aware that a Gender Gap in pay exists, and that good negotiation skills are critical to narrowing that gap? The MBAA Women in Leadership Club and D&I Committee, along with the MBA Programs office, invites you to join us to continue the conversation on the Gender Pay Gap that we had last semester. Come learn awareness and strategies on how to help close the gap through negotiation and navigating particular situations on Thursday, February 3 at 5:15pm on Zoom.

Led by Patrice Lincoln, Director of Graduate Career Advising and Sharon Owlett, Mason School Executive Partner, the session will include both a large group overview and small group exercises on a variety of topics and strategies.
