Welcome to the MBAA Conference Simulation. This event will be a "mini-conference" where students will network and will have the chance to apply for jobs, be interviewed, and be "hired" at the end of the event. Students will be able to have a real conference experience, making them ready for National Black Conference, Prospanica or any conference students decide to attend. First-years will learn more about the experience that they will face during the conferences, and it would opportunity for second-years to share real-life experiences. You will be able to talk to "recruiter/hiring managers", practice your elevator pitch, practice for interviews and the best candidates will get prizes at the end. This event will be limited to MBAA members.
