Women in Business is delighted to host Samantha Huge for our fall 2017 speaker event! Samantha Huge is the first woman to be the senior associate director of athletics at William & Mary since the job was combined in the 1980s to cover both men?s and women?s sports. She was previously the senior associate director of athletics at Texas A&M University and has 17 years of Division I athletics administration experience. At William & Mary, Huge is a member of the president?s senior leadership cabinet and is responsible for more than 120 Tribe Athletics staff members and coaches. As the director of athletics, Huge manages the organization?s $24 million budget, serves as its primary fundraiser and oversees the continued implementation of the department?s strategic plan to provide ?a championship experience for every student-athlete and every fan.?
