Ria Silitonga, pastry chef at a two-star Michelin restaurant in Lozère, France, will visit two FREN classes to discuss the Michelin restaurant rating process and attendant requirements, as well as the unique experiences of female chefs. She will also have lunch with students, visit the French House, and offer two French pastry workshops.
