Wie ist Tanz ein Teil von Heimat?
Kommt ins Deutsche Haus und lernt Schuhplattler! Wir erzählen euch über die Geschichte des Volkstanzes und lehren euch die Tanzschritten. Musik, Tanz, und Lieder spiegeln oft unsere Identität und Gemeinschaft wider und helfen euch, den Begriff “Heimat” zu verstehen, genauso wie die Deutschen.
Die Veranstaltung findet in Hardy am 19. April um 4 Uhr nachmittags statt.
How can dance be a part of "Heimat"? Come to the German House and learn the Bavarian traditional dance "Schuhplattler"! We will tell you a bit about the history of this dance and teach you the steps. Music, dance, and song reflect our identity and community, and help you under the concept of Heimat like the Germans understand it.
