Pop artist Andy Warhol created many of his iconic works through silk screen printing, a method in which layers of ink are transferred through a fine mesh screen. We invite teens to channel their inner Warhol and join Steve Prince for this workshop that will explore the art of silk screen.
This workshop is designed for youth ages 12-18. All materials will be provided, and all skill levels are welcome; just bring your imagination!
Date: Monday, Nov. 6, 9 AM to Noon (Monday, Nov. 6 is a teacher workday for WJCC Schools.)
Location: William & Mary McLeod Tyler Wellness Center
Workshop fee: Muscarelle Members, W&M Staff, Faculty, and Students $20; Non-Members $30
Please note that space is limited to 24 participants.
