[PAST EVENT] Orientation Aide Applications Available

We are proud to say that OAs are committed to improving the experiences of others and the College community during and after their involvement with Orientation. They are dedicated students, leaders, and friends.
We believe that anyone can be an OA if they are passionate about improving the experiences of new students and creating a welcoming environment, and we as OADs want to create a staff that is best suited to engage with ALL of our incoming students. OAs do not have to be super loud , always energetic, or extroverts - they simply have to care about new students and possess a genuine desire to improve the William & Mary transition experience.
