Join the American Constitution Society for a discussion of progressive constitutional interpretation with renowned constitutional law scholar and Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky. Dean Chemerinsky will offer a progressive alternative to conservative jurisprudence, and will discuss themes from his latest book, We the People: A Progressive Reading of the Constitution for the Twenty-First Century. Lunch will be served.
