[PAST EVENT] Virtual FitWell Class: Meditation with Martha

In this yoga class, the theme will be releasing tightening in the body that may have occurred from tension held during the week. Postures and flows to lengthen and strengthen will be incorporated to transition you into your weekend. All levels welcome.
Martha Rouleau is an Adjunct Lecturer, holds a Qualified Teacher Status in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is trained in Compassionate Integrity, Mindful Communication, and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness.
ALL THE DETAILS:
- Participants should join the class 5-10 minutes before the start time.
- You'll be in a waiting room until the instructor adds you to the class. Participants will be able to join until the scheduled start time.
- If you have a question or are having difficulties during the class then you can utilize the chat feature to privately message the instructor or the class
