[PAST EVENT] Small Group Training: Real Women Lift Weights

Trying to get fit, but tired of always using the elliptical and treadmill? Come to "Real Women Lift Weights"! This course is exclusively for women and taught by women. It is designed to introduce the principles and basics of weight training in a comfortable setting! Learn to navigate the weight room and how to create a whole body workout that will help tone and strengthen! Join us as we bust the myth that lifting equals "bulking up" and give personalized instruction to help you achieve your goals!
The class meets every Monday and Wednesday between October 23 and November 17 from 7am to 8am. Each Series $20, $15 for FitWell Patrons.
