[PAST EVENT] Restorative Yoga

This class is designed to help you unwind from your busy life with deep breathing, easy movement, gentle stretching, and guided relaxation to refresh your body and mind. Prop-supported poses will be held between 3-10 minutes in order to help the body completely release and relax. For any level student who wants a healing class and ideal for stress reduction.
