Join William & Mary for a free, hands-on workshop designed to help members of the D.C. community navigate the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) process. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to access higher education opportunities.
What to Expect:
- Expert Guidance: Receive one-on-one assistance with your FAFSA application from W&M Director of Financial Aid, Joe Dobrota and the Washington Center Team.
- Informative Materials: Learn about various financial aid options, scholarships, and grants available to support your college journey.
- On-Site Resources: Access to computers and printers to complete your FAFSA application during the event.
Who Should Attend:
- High school students planning to attend college
- Current college students needing to renew their FAFSA
- Adult learners considering a return to education
- Parents and guardians of prospective students
What to Bring:
- Social Security Number (or Alien Registration Number if you are not a U.S. citizen)
- Federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned
- Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
