A lunchtime gathering building knowledge of how to make more sustainable decisions on campus! Open to faculty, staff and students, featuring information that can be applied by all. This month's topic will be "Eating Sustainably". Learn about sustainable dining options on campus from EcoReps and America to Go filters from Dave Zoll.
