Employee Training Calendar

Location

Speaking with others about political views is sometimes difficult, mostly because we lack the skills to hold a productive and respectful conversation. In this interactive session, participants will learn some skills and techniques to approaching political conversations. We will discuss when to back away from discussion and how to hold respectful conversations if we decide to engage with others. Interaction and practice are part of the program. The session will cover one-on-one conversations and classroom/team conversations.
