Interested in Project Management? Do you know what the role of a project manager is?

Many employees have assumed new responsibilities assigned during COVID.  A frequent new assignment is Project Management.

This session will introduce you to the basics of PM and the different stages of the project lifecycle. You will also learn how to manage a project from start to finish! Become better prepared and more productive when in charge of a project. This session is is designed for beginners.
