Learning to think like a leader takes some shifts in mental models and a lot of practice. Leaders at all levels can increase their effectiveness by changing they way they think in some practical and fundamental ways. This session will provide the conceptual frameworks and also some exercises leaders can do to strengthen their thinking tools.
