The ocean is a complex and wondrous place, and many of the processes that take place in the ocean have direct effects on us here on land. Join us as VIMS professor and CBNERR Science Lead Dr. Carl Friedrichs gives us insight into how the ocean works. From tides and currents to storms and El Nino  - we'll be exploring it all!

This is the June installment of the 2019 Discovery Lab Series. Reservations to this free, family-friendly event are required due to limited space. Call 804-684-7061 for further information.
