The Commonwealth of Virginia is in the process of developing VA's first Coastal Resilience Master Plan and they want to hear from the Middle Peninsula community. The goal of the plan is to align state efforts and assist local governments in reducing flood risk through planning and flood protection and adaptation initiatives. If you are worried about flooding in the Middle Peninsula, please attend this meeting and share your thoughts and concerns to help inform future coastal resilience efforts.  Comments, questions,  and concerns can also be emailed to resilientcoastva@governor.virginia.gov.

Please note that masks are required of all individuals in indoor spaces at VIMS.
