For the last five years, ABC has had an annual Stakeholders Meeting. At its core, the meeting has been a forum for ABC to share their latest progress, and show the results of field tests from a variety of projects in oyster aquaculture.

This year, the annual Stakeholders Meeting will be held on March 1, 2014 from 9 a.m. until about 2 p.m.

Lunch will be provided with advanced (free) registration.

A guest speaker from 'Downunder' will join us to discuss approaches they are taking in Australia to deal with the problems of POMS, Pacific Oyster Mortality Syndrome caused by OsHV1micro-var virus. The final analyses of a huge study on triploids will be presented, along with new results on creating tetraploid oysters and the fate of the new lines we have produced.
